Finish your day off with a balanced evening meal of lean meat and vegetables (700-800 calories).

Want To “Mix” Things Up A Bit?

We don’t think weight loss should be boring. Here are just a few mix-ins to add to the QUANTM Life cookie mix to provide a little variety to your day!

Add ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (adds 13 calories/cookie*)

Add ¼ cup chopped walnuts (adds 7 calories/cookie*) Walnuts are a great source of added fiber! 

Add ¼ cup cocoa powder (adds 2 calories/cookie*)

Vegan? Replace the egg by mixing 1 TBSP ground flax seed plus 3 TBSP warm water. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before adding margarine and water. (reduces 1.5 calories/cookie)
